Sub-recipients choose one or a combination of four different evidence-based curricula to be delivered to youth. NW, Ste. The State of Georgia serves 50, youth ages 10— State St.

The State of Idaho serves youth ages 10—14 along with 75 parents. The program uses Making a Difference! Meridian St. The State of Indiana serves 10, students ages 10—19 in schools and after-school programs in counties with high rates of pregnancy and STI transmission among youth under 20 years old. The curriculum includes weekly peer group meetings, facilitator-led instruction, and community service.

Main St. The Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services serves 30, youth ages 10—16 in 6th—9th grades. Thirty-four sub-recipients covering 86 counties will implement one of four evidence-based curricula along with the Youth Thrive framework. Sixty-two of these counties are predominantly rural, poor, and underserved. Sub-recipients also provide teen leader programs, parent, and community education programs. Louisiana Youth for Excellence serves 1, youth ages 10—19 through schools, community-based programs, and faith-based organizations.

Landry, Calcasieu, St. John the Baptist, and St. The grant will implement Making a Difference in schools and community settings. Preston St. The State of Maryland serves 1, youth ages 10—19 in school and community-based settings across the state in areas with high teen pregnancy and STI rates. Abstinence Only and provide parent education programming in effectively communicating with young people about making responsible decisions about sexuality.

The program is implemented in school and community-based settings. The State of Michigan serves 4, students ages 10—15 throughout the state in schools, community-based organizations, and in residential or foster care homes.

Abstinence Only. The grantee serves more than youth ages 10—14, more than parents of teens, and more than caring adult mentors of youth in Hennepin, St. Paul-Ramsey, and Watonwan counties. Participants are served in tribal communities, schools, juvenile justice systems, alternative learning centers, community-based organizations, churches, domestic violence shelters, family home visiting services, public housing, family centers, and other public settings.

Lamar St. The State of Mississippi serves more than 1, youth ages 10—19 in rural and poor counties through after-school and summer day camps in club settings. In order to reach every teen, we focus on equipping and empowering adults to present the message to teenagers in their community.
