Our program provides nutrition and breastfeeding services and supplemental foods to pregnant women, new mothers, infants and children up to their 5th birthday. We offer a wide-array of nutrition education, personalized breastfeeding support, and referrals to other public health programs.

WIC provides a nutritious and colorful variety of foods for your family. We offer great tasting items like yogurt, whole wheat pasta, fresh fruits and vegetables. We now provide name brand breakfast cereals, juice and peanut butter to go along with many other healthy foods that will satisfy each member of your family. We have been working hard to transition to electronic benefits in our state. Your family will receive a debit type card that you can use to purchase WIC foods for your family.

You will not be required to separate your WIC items from personal items. You will be able to buy what you need each time you shop versus purchasing all of the foods at one time. The eWIC card makes shopping much more convenient and discreet! We welcome you and your family to the WIC Program.
